We have migrated our sample submission portal to Yale School of Medicine PPMS (Stratocore) portal. YPED will no longer be accessible for sample submission. If you already have an account in PPMS at YSM, then you are all set to submit samples there to the Keck MS & Proteomics Core (My PPMS), by clicking the "Keck Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics (KMSP)" link under Facilities available in Yale School of Medicine. If you do not have an account, then you can click on the "user account creation request" from here (PPMS for the KMSP Facility) and click "continue".
If you have any questions, please reach out to Florine Collin (florine.collin@yale.edu) or TuKiet Lam (tukiet.lam@yale.edu). We will have YPED portal active for 1 year from today (end on July1st, 2027). If you need to retain data/results from YPED for previous submission, please do so within this timeframe otherwise we cannot guarantee that the data will be available after this date.
We are hoping that this transition will facility how you submit samples to us as well as logistics in billing for the services by your administrators. Thank you for your understanding.
